Bukan nak complain aku tak puas hati pasal diri aku. Aku kesian kat orang tak tau macammana xxx nye management. Dari offer letter sendiri diorang rasa diorang tertipu. Pastu aku ni macam dikira orang lama kat situ. Semua pelik kenapa aku masuk balik dan rilek je. Ouh, terpaksa aku cakap aku dah tau ragam diorang. Antara sebab besar aku kat xxx ni sebab insurance claim yang sangat best. ;)
Meh aku wat senario.. ouh.. nah, bacalah senario yang aku luahkan kat HR .. tak larat nak karang baru..
Yang aku sangat kesian. Ada newjoinees yang masuk, tapi tanpa variable pay, gaji kompeni lama lagi banyak. Diorang terima offer walaupun naik skit. Sebab HR nego gila2 sebab dah hujung2 recruitment, ramai choice, so HR leh pilih sapa minta skit.. ouh, bersabarlah kawan2 ku
Scenario before get offer letter:
We got interview technical and management. Lastly interviewed/called by HR. HR asked “What is your expected salary?” and we give the amount that we expect, for an example MYR abc/month. And give expected day to join xxx to HR.
Then, scenario offer letter initiate:
Just a couple of day before enter HR, we got offer letter. It stated what we want in annual sum. When divided into 12 we got MYR abc/month. So, we fell very happy with it.
Then, scenario when salary pay-out day:
Why we don’t get MYR abc/month. We get only MYR xxx. Where MYR yyy is our variable pay (assume that MYR xxx + MYR yyy = MYR abc), why we did not get it?
Then we go to HR and asked about it. HR said verbally after two month (second salary) we should get the variable pay.
Concern:
-HR did not mention about variable payout when we get offer letter and in 4-days joining formalities.
-HR said variable pay will be paid after second salary, but still we did not get it.
-We felt like has been cheated as variable pay is only been pay if we are in project, so our salary without any project (idle) after this will be less/equal to our previous company.
-We expect that we get MYR abc/month and hope that MYR yyy (variable pay) would be a value added/bonus for every month.
Ouh.. cukuplah stakat ni, dah la team aku lebih 40 orang baru, semua rasa seperti ditupu..

yg bab variable pay tu.. mmg offshore dpt 2months delayed.. ade tulih kat power on.. aku pon br tau.. sbb after increment last year.. variable pay aku still amount yg lame.. soo aku argue2.. rupenye mmg ade kat power on.. ciss..

Tapi yang bestnye xxx ni keje dia la. experience wise kalau dalam project mmg sangat bagus..
insurance claim pun mmg the best..tp bila dok mengenangkan sikap putar belit tu, mmg tak sanggup dah..huhu
So bile lagi im.. Xuba nasib dulu.. Taklama lagi depa nak hire programmer. Plak utk project ni.. :P
lgpun kerja sekarang dah tak buat kerja2 programmer dah. kot la kalau nak masuk nanti, dapat tak level sanjay? hehehehe
tapi bersabarlah sbb medical coverage best gile kot..masa bujang tak nampak lagi, dah beranak pinak baru rasa amat2 perluuu medical coverage yg best tuh..x jmpe kat cmpany lain..
nuar - bakor? adeh, aku committe keselamatan. Aku gak kena padamkan nanti .. :(
